Background:

I became interested in the field of video and film production in the 6th grade. I was introduced to the field by an unlikely source- my youth pastor. Seeing my potential, he immediately taught me the basics of Final Cut Pro. I had caught the bug of filmmaking. Immediately, I took to shooting montage videos of youth activities and athletic events- both for fun and pay. 8 years later, as a college student, I've decided to share my talents with the rest of the world. I am currently attending Belmont University in Nashville, TN with hopes of someday directing music videos for recording artists around the country.

The Capto story

"Capto," a simple, latin word that, when taken literally, means "to capture or grab." This simple, yet powerful word is the basis of our company's existence. The power of film & video is incredible in this day and age- it allows life's vivid moments to be captured and archived forever. Capto Video Concepts seeks to produce incredible, cutting-edge visual products that will capture and grab your target audience. Based out of the small town of Grand Blanc, MI (a suburb of Flint, MI) we are happy to serve the greater Flint community and the surrounding area of the state.

At Capto, we like to think "outside of the box" to insure that every element of each project is solid, unique, and creative. We take a fresh perspective on "tried and true" industry principles to deliver services that, in the end, make us stand out from our competitors. Before a project is even started, we like to first meet with the client to discuss goals and a vision for the project. A plan of action is then drawn up and shooting dates are set. From there, footage is shot by qualified professionals, edited and shown to the client in a timely manner. Depending on the client's satisfaction with the work, the project is either tweaked or exported in final form. Capto Video Concepts strives to achieve 100% customer satisfaction.
